As the COVID-19 virus makes its way around the globe, and as communities respond to contain it, the face of business is changing. Many people who typically spend their work week at an office have now have been instructed to set up shop at home.

For some, this is a welcome change of pace. For others, it’s a nightmare.

I’ve worked from home for my entire career. I remember the early days, feeding my toddler one M&M at a time and bouncing another on my knee while fielding calls. Days melted into nights, and nights melted into days. TV at 4am was weird. Life and business felt like pinball, and I was the ball.
